Included in group are two Whittier area tavern owners, a deputy sheriff, a piano player, and a printer. #2: Long shot of group of men (probably off-duty fireman) also taken on west side of fire. This group bent down low to hit underneath building where some chemicals had dropped through platform. #3: Two firemen playing hose from east side of fire -- foreground pointing is Fire Chief Archie Alford, manning hose is Lieutenant Carl Johnston".
