Fred Peranelli, 1513 Dodson Avenue, San pedro, hangs onto fence while he points out course of water cascading down from real estate project to his and neighbors' homes at 1300 to 1600 block on Dodson. Home owners have complained to Councilman John Gibson that project has created nuisance and endangers their property. They want alley and retaining walls to hold back dirt. Developed negatives show Fred Peranelli wiping up water and silt which development project, he charges, created. Also shows Fred Peranelli pointing to where water seeps into home. Water also flooded underneath his home".
