"White areas bordered by heavy black lines in the drawing above indicate the areas which will be needed for parking facilities by 1965 in the Los Angles Civic Center as recommended in the Comprehensive parking master plan submitted to the County Board of Supervisors by Charles Luckman Associates. The heavy dash is the boundary of Civic Center. Most of the land indicated by the white areas is presently owned by the various governmental agencies with Civic Center" -- press clipping from "Robert M.
