Story by Fredericks. These are the magic hands of the blind --- ten seeing eyes in their fingertips! Totally blind Dee Gates to the National Convention of American Association of Workers for the Blind, in Hotel Statler, showed how they do everything that a 'sighted' person does in daily living. Neg. Nos. 17, 34: Shaving with a straight-edge razon begins the day for Col. E.A. Baker, of Toronto, Canada, Managing Director of Canadian National Institute for the Blind. (get neg nos.) 16: A convention banquet held no terrors for Samuel F. Binns, of Boston, who eats 'by the clock'. He knows that the meat on his plate is at the center of the imaginary 'clock dial'.
