Opened week or so after after 2nd quake. Now remodeling to create streamlined bldg. 2: Senate Hotel is being remodeled. Workman above dumps bricks down chute. Hotel is on 19th street. 37/78: Building being re-built in downtown Bakersfield at 1921 Chester Ave. 75/76/38: Demolition of bldg. at 2417 Chester. 45/46: Kids play in yard of condemned church.".
