Photograph. "704979 -- watch your credit... International News Photos, slug (Red headquarters) -- 'Red house' that hopes to supplant White House in strike -- New York -- In this rather tawdry bulding in 13th Street bordering Union Square, is the office of the Communist Party of America. -- Secretary and 'Dictator' of the U.S. contingent is Earl Browder who brought a little known aspect of San Francisos strike into view when he took a measure of 'credit' for the coast labor troubles. He said that 'between 1,000 and 1,200 of his men were directing the workers.' The committee of 500, or the San Francisco 'vigilantes,' recently raided the communist headquarters near the strike zone.
