Charlotte began her study of the piano at the early age of three. She attended school in the Los Angeles area graduating from Monrovia High School. Other music studies were made in New York where she made her debut. She appeared in a Town Hall Recital at New York, a museum concert here and just recently performed at a recital at the Wilshire Ebell where she received acclaim by Southern California music critics. The brillian [sic.] pianist following an appearance next month at the Music Teachers Convention in Riverside, plans and extended tour of Europe. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Zelka".
